Warranty:
Our selled products had mostly sealed by an replacement warranty terms, if product had electronics, then we mostly offer 3 6 or 12 month limited component warranty, if so, it is descripted on product description, expensive products like drones or home electronics we offer 12 month limited component warranty ,and replacement warranty terms.
Delivery:
We deliver our selled products allmost worldwide, depending your location, delivery can take 2-3 weeks from your payment, when we got your payment, we care your order to our supplier, and they will care it to you.
We working allways with our shipments, with tracking, as soon our supplier offer us your unique tracking code, it will be informed to you, and you will track your shipment online or thru our webshop.
Customs & Taxes :
Please note. that you might be need to pay customs & tax duty on your country, we recommend you find your country tax details ready before ordering, but dont worry, we send you an invoice, and with it, you can easily care your tax obligations.
Rma & After sales
You have 7 days time to open rma with us, if you noticed your product is not as descripted, if 7 days is passed, we will cant drive ouself replacement guery to our suppliers, so customers are response to check their purchased item in 7 days, if you are qualify to replacement, we will replace your item to new, you dont need send us possibly broken items, but remember, we will not replace item if you are broken it yourself, we might ask evidence like videos, or photos in rma process, and we will inform it if you are apply to replacement.
Replacement warranty will not involve if product is damaged with own way of use, or own activity, we need negotiate with our suppliers in any rma case seperate, so it is important to proof enought.
